Meet The Team
Nicole Belle DeRise
Nicole is a professional historian, specializing in helping families explore and uncover their ancestry. She was vice president and historian with Wells Fargo’s Family & Business History Center working with individuals and businesses to discover their history and cement their legacy for over six years. Nicole has over ten years experience working with adults and children to preserve, tell and honor their stories.
Jenny is an oral historian with over fifteen years experience. In her ten years at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, as the oral historian, she interviewed over 650 people for the museum's exhibitions and archive. She also hosted the museum's podcast series, Our City. Our Story and interviewed guests such as Robert DeNiro, Katie Couric, Rosie Perez and Chaz Palminteri. Jenny is known for a warm, comfortable interview style.
Maureen is a conservator with ten years of experience working with families, museums and institutions around the globe to preserve their history. She has worked with materials from the modern era to the ancient. Maureen started her career working with materials from underwater and flooded sites and is now a passionate advocate for family history preservation. She is the conservator at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
